We really enjoyed our stay. Ski and snowboard from outside the building. Real breakfast and friendly service. They also have a lunch/soup bar. Great value. The building is older but it was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Excellent stay at Snowmass Mountain Chalet. The location is extremely convenient—steps from the mountain and village. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The lobby is warm and comfortable, a great place to relax after skiing, and the breakfast was delicious and well done each morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel itself is whats expected. Reason I reserved 2 rooms is that it said it offered FREE BREAKFAST. When traveling for work with a small crew that’s the #1 need. Wake up get ready and meet at breakfast and head to the site. No time to stop and get/wait for breakfast. Especially in a large work truck. When checking in I asked “what time is breakfast?” And that’s when I was informed it’s not offered in the off season. If we just didn’t work 13hrs i would have canceled and went elsewhere. Complaining is not my thing but the ole Bait and Switch never sits right. Also the parking reserved for larger vehicles was not close to the property…you’d think since it’s the “off season” we could’ve parked closer?!!

Staff courteous, room clean and shower was hot. We had out dog with us and had a room on the first floor that had a patio door to dog outdoor area. Decor is dated overall but hotel is clean which is what is important to me. Also had garage to park in for extra fee which was a nice option. Free breakfast.

Air conditioning wall unit stopped and did not work, we were very hot at night. Hallways, gym area, elevators, and garage were very creepy and dirty. We were scared. We also couldn’t get any soda or bottled water because the machines only take cash. Please consider people’s safety and security, and needing to feel comfortable. The room is fine, but couldn’t use the coffee machine because cups were not wrapped in plastic for safety. Please do not charge people $500 plus. This is a $150 hotel. The view is pretty, but will not stay here again. Best wishes.
