This multi-level oceanfront home is the hideaway of choice for events and large families and groups looking for the perfect place to stay! Spend hot summer evenings cooling down in the private heated pool or working on your tan on the many poolside loungers. If you want to treat yourself to a well-deserved rest, hop over to the bubbly hot tub on the second-floor deck.
The home's first floor features a laundry room with a washer/dryer and an extensive deck overlooking the pool and pool area. The main living space on the second floor has a cheerful open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen and living/dining areas. The chef's kitchen is well-appointed with exquisite, high-end appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Find an overlay refrigerator, wine fridge, microwave, a four-burner stove/oven with a grill, and a center island with a sink. The inviting living area welcomes you to do nothing but relax and entertain yourself with comfortable furniture, a large TV, and a Sonos speaker. The theater room has a hidden wet bar. You will find a beautiful balcony upstairs with direct beach and ocean views. The elevator will take you to any level, from the first to the third, in the blink of an eye.
