Unit, location and view good for price. The beds very uncomfortable. We made it through the main bedroom bed. Good thing no one stayed in the second bed room which had two twins. They unusable. All bed mattresses should be replaced.

First time at Topsail

Older. Roach in the bathroom. Not real impressed. Location is very underserved as far as places to eat. Always very long wait. Beach was nice. Not real impressed.

We love St Regis, and this condo was great. We loved the location in building 2 and the view of the pool.

A little worse than I expected

I knew we were booking a discount place but the cleanliness was just now there. We stayed at the st Regis in June but rented from an individual owner. This time we still booked with vrbo but it booked us through the property management group. On our stay in June we spent round 4k for the week and it was amazing. Very clean, great views and no weird signs threatening to charge us if we had the ac below 72 degrees. I’m not sure if there’s a way to be sure not to book with the property management group but either way we’ll likely book a house next time. The st. Regis has a major roach issue. The first time we stayed in June they were all over the balcony but only at night. With this property the roaches were inside the unit. I get that we paid about half as much at the other property but this one was just gross. Face smudges left in the glass, we vacuumed because they didn’t, the place smelled like a musty mold, the dryer stays on when you open the door and of course the bugs. The location is so beautiful, the amenities are excellent and location to the beach is amazing. We absolutely love topsail but will be staying somewhere cleaner in the next round.

Great resort!

Such a beautiful resort. This was our first time to topsail island and we really enjoyed it. I wish that the gym, and indoor pool was available for use but understand that renovations are necessary. We plan to return soon!

Rusted coffee table, hole in dryer vent, toaster only browning on one side , mildewed shower curtain

Beautiful ocean views, but needs some attention to the unit. Dryer vent needs replacement ASAP and $20. to buy spray paint for coffee table; replace toaster; buy dollar store shower curtains.

Location, amenities and outstanding service!

I really enjoyed my stay in North Topsail, and particularly with this property. The location was great and had all the amenities you need; nice pool, fitness center, restaurant, grills, beach access, and amazing views. The unit was a little dated, including appliances, but that didn’t bother me as everything worked just fine. I enjoyed my stay so much I requested an extra night, and luckily for me, it was available and the management went above and beyond to work it out, and were very positive and helpful. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends. This area is great or Families.

Summer getaway

Property was clean, great open space, plenty of room for the 4 of us. Pool area is nice and offers food and beverage service. Great ocean views. Our only complaints are the outdated appliances (oven) which didn’t heat accurately, the vacuum didn’t work, and there was no broom so we had to purchase one to keep sand free (mostly) on the laminate floors which we prefer, and towards the end of the trip the ice maker stopped making ice. Also, the couch is worn and extremely uncomfortable, the two side chairs were minimally comfortable. The great balcony overlooking the ocean and pool only came with two very flimsy plastic chairs, so we didn’t enjoy sitting on the balcony as we have in the past. Minus those few annoyances our stay was very enjoyable and we all really liked having our own access to the balcony which was a first for us.

Great views, could use a few upgrades

My family has stayed at St. Regis several times and will certainly return. This specific unit needs some attention though - small things - like poor balcony furniture, only one TV, no broom, strange oven temp, peeling no slip stickers in the shower etc. need to be upgraded. Perhaps it's a new owner. Great "bones" and views, but $500 in upgrades would go a long way.
