We had an amazing stay here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any rental we've ever been in. There was nothing missing that we needed and we needed a lot for Thanksgiving. The host left a sweet welcome gift and introduced us to an amazing local boutique. Location was perfect, walking the beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Hot tub was a great perk for the cooler weather.

A Much-Needed Escape

We spent a wonderful week on North Topsail Beach and this house was just perfect for our stay! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything that we needed to host our family and friends. We would highly recommend this property!

Great Family Getaway!

Stories By The Sea is a great property. Situated right in the beach, it is beautifully decorated and offers stunning views. The house is well appointed and EVERYTHING is labeled for your convenience. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year.

Wonderful location

It was our first time at topsail! Wonderful house and location. We enjoyed our stay very much and realllllly appreciated the added surprise of built in baby gates.

A wonderful week at Topsail Beach!

A perfect house right on the beach, and the property manager was very responsive. The views are wonderful, and the owners even gave us a gift certificate to a local chocolate shop! We truly enjoyed our week.

Spring break trip

Group of friends headed to the beach for spring break. This house was lovely, clean, had great beach decorations, and lots of space. Being right on the beach provided amazing views of sunrises, dolphins, and pelicans flying by.

Clean and beautiful!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The house I was really clean and organized. It has everything you need for the beach, chairs cooler bags, boogie boards,etc. Right on the ocean with such a beautiful view!! We will definitely be back!!

The BEST house with the best views!

Stunning home. Best location. Being right on the beach was incredible. Plenty of room for our 3 families and all the kids. We absolutely loved this house.

Christmas 2020

Very nice, enjoyed morning hot tub soaks before enjoying the beach and ocean. Great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of space for family gatherings. Will be visiting again soon.

Property was beautiful, weather perfect. This house had everything we could have wanted in space and amenities plus the kitchen was well stocked. We liked seeing the owners pictures and reading their stories. Checking in was so easy and Bob is very accessible, helpful and friendly.The only thing we wished for was our own access to the beach. Sharing the walkway was okay but our decks were not as private as we would have liked with the arrangement.We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Fantastic in every way

Clean, carefully decorated, very well-appointed kitchen, and wonderful location right on the beach. What's not to love? What's more, the property manager was very friendly and responsive. It was a blessing to stay somewhere with such a great property manager and property owner.

We could not have loved Stories By The Sea more!

The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable for our party of 7. The kitchen was very well-appointed, it had everything you'd need and more. The hot tub was fabulous, the beach was perfection... we loved everything about this trip. So much so that we are already planning to book it again for next year. Can't wait to be back!!!

Awesome week at Stories by the Sea

This property is superbly stocked with everything you would want. Some of us flew, so beach chairs (not even rusted!) were a plus plus. Linens, beds, dishes, appliances were all appreciated. There was pickleball played, walks taken, many beach cocktails enjoyed, all from this great location.

Our 509 family at sea!

Perfect weather, beautiful sunrise, super clean beach all 10 of us loved the house! It was so nice to have all 10 of us were able to sit together and enjoy our dinner at one table. As group we need less steps, after all we all are retired senior citizens, we did it. We will look for elevators for our future trips. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home . It was a week we all enjoyed so much, we had fun!

Beautiful House with Beach Right in Back

Beautiful, homey, house, with a perfect ocean view. Our family was aged 4 to 64, and everyone had a great time. The owners were warm and the Manager (Bob) gave us a lot of good info about restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again. NOTE: The dishwasher works but is ineffectual, so you'll have to wash dishes by hand -- which was no big deal for us.

relax and unwind

We all enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. The canopy tent was a lifesaver for our long days on the beach, as were the beach chairs> the house had everything we could ask for except a pizza pan(lol)We had a great time collecting shells, walking on beach, soaking in hot tub and playing games. We survived the tropical storm that hit on our second day there. We ohioans dont see rain like that! the rest of the week was great weather and we even saw the dolphins a couple different times. Would certainly stay at this location again. A big thank you for the chocolates, they were delicious!

Wonderful place to stay. We will come back.

The location and beach are amazing. The property fit our three families well. It was equipped with all the kitchen items you need, and each shelf is clearly labeled to show you where to put everything back. It has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and buckets (which we used to find black shark teeth). Each floor even has a retractable baby gate, which we needed. The loft bedroom does not have a door, so someone will have to be willing to have that arrangement. The couch and loveseat and the dining table area are a bit small for the size group we had. The place is well-maintained and well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay amd we would love to come back.

Great house, great property mgr

House is spotless clean, has everything - chairs, umbrellas, body boards, tent/canopy.. lots of spices, pots pans, etc. when we asked property mgr if house had beach canopy he checked and when he did not see it he dropped one off in 30 min. Hot tub was clean as was everything else. The foosball table was a hit with the kids. Definite must visit again. We forgot our apple earbuds.. cleaning crew found them, property manager called us to ask if he should mail them.. can’t ask for more from house or property manager.
