Private beach access just off the deck will make coming to and from the beach easy. The home had been tastefully decorated and is super cozy. The beds and pillows are top notch for comfort and enjoyment. Equipped with all of the basics, you'll have all you need for a vacation. Topsail Island is full of restaurants, shoppes and tourist attractions. Enjoy!

On the beach

So wonderful to be right on the beach, easy to go back and forth to the house and not worry about having everything you need with you for the entire day. Love the fact that there aren’t a ton of stairs as well, very convenient for young and old. There is some distance between the house and other houses on both sides, so it feels like you have a little privacy, which we really liked. The beach was never crowded and we never had any trouble setting up our chairs right in front of the house. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the beds are very firm (not a problem for us, just informational), and the kids loved the extra little snacks provided, it was a thoughtful added touch. Hannah was wonderful, very communicative and answered any questions we had immediately. I would definitely recommend this property for your next getaway!

Pros: -location to beach-new bed mattresses-leather couch in main area (when it’s a dog friendly house and we are not dog owners)-extra beach chairs and toys for use-host was quick to respond -plenty of seating for our group at the dinning table-linens for beds were provided-live plants around were a nice touch-heavy deck chairs were nice and provided a great view of the beach-bedroom fans were a great additionCons: -kitchen has never been updated so felt sticky, cabinets and shelving felt a bit scary to use as the shelving could’ve fallen down.-bathroom showers and sinks did not drain which made it a challenge to feel clean- very strong cleaning products used so smell felt really intense

Wonderful oceanfront home with amazing views and everything you need

We loved our beach stay at SoFishicated. The house was very clean, well stocked and had everything possible for an amazing beach vacations. We enjoyed mornings on the deck watching the waves, days on the beach, and evening walks. The house was extremely well stocked, we had everything needed to fish, enjoy meals at home, and enjoy beautiful North Topsail beach. Hannah was a super host! Can't say enough about this home and the host! So accommodating down to the snacks and coffee! Our host Hannah was so kind and accommodating to an our needs and extra requests. Wonderful oceanfront home away from home

We were very pleased with our stay here. The location can't be beat. Perfect distance between Surf City or North Topsail. The property was so clean and stocked with beach chairs and all of your needs for a perfect day on the beach. The beds were super comfortable too. We had no complaints with our visit and would highly recommend.
