Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Beach access is just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet, family-friendly area of North Topsail Beach, this home offers a peaceful coastal setting with easy access to the beach. A short drive takes you to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, while still allowing you to enjoy the calm and beauty of the area.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around and exploring nearby coastal spots like Surf City and Sneads Ferry, both just a short drive away. Beach access is just steps from the home, so you can easily walk to the sand and enjoy your days by the ocean without needing to drive.



Other Things to Note:

• Private beach access is located just across the street

• Linens and bath towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels)

• Starter supplies are included for your arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.)

• Washer & dryer available for your convenience

• No smoking inside the property

• Please review all house rules prior to booking



**EARLY CHECK-IN**

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival.

• 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM – $100.00

• After 11 AM – $50.00



**ESSENTIALS**

• Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. However, please bring your own beach towels.

• To help you get off to a comfortable start, we’re happy to provide starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These kits are intended for the first part of your visit. If you run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

• There is a washer & dryer available in the unit for your use. Detergent and dryer sheets are not provided.



• For non-Airbnb reservations only, any applicable refunds — regardless of the cancellation policy — will incur a 6% processing fee.





Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.





Please note that routine hot tub or pool maintenance may take place during your stay. Service times may vary, but technicians typically visit during the morning or daytime and will only access the outdoor area.



We have been informed of possible construction in the neighborhood that may begin in October or November. We don't have a confirmed start date or schedule at this time, but we wanted to make guests aware in case there is occasional daytime construction activity during their stay.
