Truly an amazing house with stunning views. The house was well equip and stocked with everything you need. The check in process was very easy and the property manager communicated and responded quickly to all our questions. We will definitely be back!

This property is just as described. It's a duplex with a mirror image next door (currently for sale).The elevator is very handy for those of us with bad knees. It's small though, no more than 2 or 3 people or one person and luggage. The beach is very close and lovely, decks and hot tub in good shape and plenty of seating. The only thing I'd say is that while the pier is close to the house via the beach, you do have to walk along the side of the road (no shoulder) to access the pier itself through the store, and it does cost 4/person/day as it is privately owned. We found quite a few small shark teeth on the beach. The AC works great and the kitchen is well appointed, beds are comfy. Not many beach chairs for a large group. I think there were 4 that worked. Great time had by all!

Anniversary trip

We came with our family (adult children) to spend the week relaxing at the beach. Everything went seamless from booking the trip to leaving to go home. The communication, the descriptions of the property and surrounding area, the cleanliness, supplies in the home.. everything was perfect!

The Flamingo Villa was Awesome!

This place was so clean and the open concept made it a great place to unwind and connect with friends. The fact that there was an elevator made bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. And nothing beats watching the water, the dolphins, and the sunrise from a hot tub! Such a great spot!

Family Vacation

Great location with amazing views of the ocean. This was our first time staying in North Topsail and we will definitely be back. The home has everything you could need and is laid out perfectly for a large family. We travel with our older parents so having the elevator was convenient for them. We love the quick walk to the pier and enjoyed fishing from the surf and pier. The home was very clean and the check out process was smooth with easy steps to follow. The Property Manager (Bob) was quick to respond to emails and was very friendly when he stopped by to fix an issue with the ice maker. Thank you!

A great week

The house was just what we needed, space for our family- children and grands! Convenient to beach Suggest move outside shower turn on where you can wash off sand and not have to step inside the shower to turn on water hose. Also ants got in our cars, manager called exterminator. Hope to book next year in 2025 the same house!

Beautiful, Fun Beach Home

We have 6 people stay and our time was amazing at this gorgeous home! Everything was clean and ready for us. The beach is a short walk from the garage. Gorgeous views from all decks, ocean and sound. The property manager, Bob, was so responsive and super helpful! We had an issue with the gas grill and he brought us a brand new one. We all can’t wait to spend another week there next year!

Flamingo Villa

It was a beautiful house, great view of ocean and waterway. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was wonderful. We all are thinking of trying to stay there again as soon as we get our schedule figured out. It was one of the best place we have ever stayed and there have been many( over 25 years). We had a 3 yo and a 75 yo and it was easy for all to get in and out ,up via elevator. Thanks to all...Bob was also most helpful.

Great house for our family

The house was very clean upon arrival. It was well stocked with dishes. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were top notch. The elevator was very useful for groceries and luggage. The walk to the beach is really no different than being oceanfront. The views from the front and back of the house were fantastic. The garage bar area was great as well. I highly recommend this house.

Stay was good. Pros: Proximity to the beach was great Well equipped kitchen Great views and outdoor space options Responsive manager Cons: At this price pt, I’d expect the beds/linens to be ready on arrival and not have the extra work of making all the beds alongside managing 6 kids. Lots of items to tick off the list on check out.
