Beautiful home and view's

Absolutely loved our stay here the house was beautiful and honestly couldn't get anymore beachfront. The town was a short drive uo the road and had plenty to offer for us. The home was clean an the location was perfect. Highly recommend

Beautiful place

Loved the accessibility to the beach. Gorgeous views. House was well equipped. Master bath shower needs a deep clean but other wise the house was really great. We will come back for sure.

Positives and negatives

On the positive side, the ocean view was beautiful from the 3 decks, and the beach access was very good. Negatives — some black mildew on downstairs bedroom ceiling; a/c stopped working (it was fixed on same day); touchpad for front door access did not always work; property mgr was rude and did not timely respond to a problem.

First of all what is up with the fee for booking through VBRO? After that I only talked to the Realtor. BTW which was amazing. I should have just went through them first!!! Lesson Learned. This house has not had a good cleaning in years. There is mold in the first bedroom on the ceiling.

Location location

Location of the property was amazing! The house clearly is not level. The upstairs shower drain was clogged the entire stay. The dishwasher never got the dishes clean and I hand washed and dried them. Love that there is a full kitchen. Didn’t realize there was a regular coffee pot until the last day. The barstool in the kitchen needs to be thrown out. Would be nice to have a sweeper that worked. Loved the kitchen and that we could all sit together. Loved the balconies on all levels of the house. Still do not understand the refrigerator placement in these homes - so inconvenient. I would 100% rent it again and I would suggest it to friends and family.

Review

For the most part, the house was okay. The house is starting to tilt, therefore, none of the doors in the showers stay closed and the water doesn’t drain well from the bathtubs. Also the refrigerator door will fall open if you don’t forcefully push it closed. The water at high tide comes up around the beams that are holding the house up, sometimes partially submerging them. The furnishings and appliances were fine, but the cabinets were pretty messy, making it a little difficult at times to find things needed for cooking.
