Beautiful and new two bedroom cottage close to four seasons marina. There is a beautiful new cottage next door that friends and family can lease also. Living Room features a gas fireplace. The bunk bedroom features a queen bed down and a twin bed up. The property sits on a beautiful 13 acres. We have plenty of parking for boats. The front porch is wonderful for morning coffee watching the deer roam.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a fireplace, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
