Thatā€™s truly an horrible experience. The building is full of crack which made you feel unsafe. In the room, which is very very very smelly and dirty. The bed is dirty like ever being clean. The bathroom is blocked and jammed. The light is broken. I didnā€™t stay there with my family. Truly horrible!!!!!

**Disappointing Stay ā€“ Would Not Recommend** I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Uno Hotel Heathrow Windsor. From the start, the service was lacking ā€“ the staff were unprofessional and abrupt when answering the phone, which immediately set the tone for what turned out to be a very disappointing stay. The room itself looked desperately in need of attention. The walls were scuffed and peeling, clearly crying out for a decent paint job. The toilet roll holder was broken and just hanging loosely on the wall. The shower head only worked in two modes, neither of which were particularly functional, and to top it off, the sink only had hot water ā€“ no cold at all ā€“ which made washing hands uncomfortable. The carpet was filthy, clearly not cleaned thoroughly in a long time, and the overall condition of the room made the whole experience feel dirty and unpleasant. Itā€™s such a shame because the location has potential, but the upkeep and service are far below acceptable standards. I wonā€™t be returning, and I suggest others think twice before booking.

Terrible hotel

On arrival I waited at the reception counter for a while as the receptionist was out the back on his phone and didnā€™t know that I was there for 10 minutes. When the receptionist appeared he was friendly and checked me in then accompanied me to my room & let me in. When he left me I had a look round and soon realised that the room was filthy & pretty much everything in the room was broken. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting & the shower was unusable for anyone taller than 2ft. To add to that the radiator was on full and the valve was broken so it couldnā€™t be turned down it was unbearably hot. I could say a lot more but you get the idea. I stay in hotels all week every week and this was the worst I have ever seen. So with all this in mind I went back to reception and asked for a full refund for the 2 days and he said he could show me another room so I agreed to have a look. The next room had an ok shower room and wasnā€™t as grimy as the first so I agreed to stay. It was fairly comfortable but very noisy from other guests who seemed to be in and out constantly slamming doors and very loud talking and shouting. I donā€™t think it helps that there are big gaps under the room doors and the sound transfer straight in to your room & this is also a fire risk. I stayed 2 nights and was woken up on both of them. It feels a bit like people live at this hotel the communal entrance & stairs and filthy, it looks like it hasnā€™t been cleaned for years. Definitely a 1 star not 4 as advertise

Room was dirty and in poor condition especially the bath and carpets, heating didnā€™t appear to work either, tried to call reception multiple times but no answer and send them a message via the hotels.com app but no reply, wouldnā€™t stay here again.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel, itā€™s a guest house with rooms in horrible states which look nothing like the pictures. The wifi was not working at all and the water in the shower was freezing cold, very disappointed.

Move of hotel due to leak

We didnt actually end up staying in this hotel as there was a leak in our room so we were moved to the mecure heathrow. The service in the mecure was awful, staff uninterested in guests and more interested in their phones. The 2nd night we were kept awake most of the night due to loud music. We tried ringing reception numerous times but no answer and no one available on reception the following morning! Breakfast was cold, toast took forecer to toast and what i can only assume was the restaurant/hotel manager was just stood around on his phone, no meet and greet, no 'how way your night/stay' would never stay at the Mecure Heathrow again

Peep show !

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good value. However a hole about size of golf ball ran above door lock and handle all the way from room side to corridor side meaning anybody could look directly into the room and see the whole of the bed.. Curtains behind bed left a gap so anybody walking in lane to car park was able to see top half of bed. Additionally as hotel booked re early morning flight the room 101 backed into entrance to car park so until late evening security lighting was going on and off.

Handy for Central Londom

We arrived late about 10pm but the staff who greeted us were friendly and showed us directly to our room.The room was very warm, it didnā€™t have an outside window, the window went into the conservatory, so we found it difficult to keep cool. The bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. We asked for a triplet and the extra bed was a sofa bed which my son said was ok. The bathroom could have done with a little talc in places but was clean overall. The restaurant next door was fine for a drink, we had eaten so didnā€™t taste the food but it smelled amazing! Parking was easy too. We took the bus into Kensington for Olympia from the road outside the front of the hotel Ā£2 single per person! It was a bargain!

Staff were very helpful when we arrived, receptionist took his time to show us to our room and carried our suitcase. Lovely room, and very clean. Got woken at 12am by the room next door, very loud for around an hour and slamming doors. Our shower overflowed, which used all of our towels to soak the water up. I went to let the receptionist know the next morning and they said they would sort the shower, and they would have a word with the rooms next door. Shower was sorted whilst we were out, and that night we didnā€™t hear anything from the other rooms. The only thing I would say I was disappointed in, is there wasnā€™t any housekeeping all weekend. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would use again.
