This hotel has the best staff we’ve ever encountered. We’ve stayed at many five-star and four-diamond properties, and the customer service here surpasses them all. Every team member—front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bar—is consistently warm, genuine, and eager to help. Their positivity is truly a breath of fresh air. The location is ideal, the rooms and amenities are fantastic, and it’s clear that ownership and management are doing something exceptional—please keep it up. A special shout-out to Maria Belen at the front desk, who went above and beyond during every interaction. Her contagious smile and unwavering friendliness made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be returning.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent, loved the fresh orange juice. We used the heated pool across the street even though it is the middle of November. Location is convenient to the ferry to cross to Valetta and the airport bus stop is just a short walk away. The only down side is that you can hear a lot of traffic and music if you have a sea view room.

Fabulous hotel. The room has everything we needed. The view from our room on the sixth floor was easily the best we've had from any hotel. Sunrise was absolutely stunning. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and professional. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to buses and ferries to Valletta and the rest of the island.

Our room was on the second floor and the traffic noise was extremely loud. We managed to drown it out to some extent by keeping the ac on all night. We asked to be moved but the reception staff did not appear particularly helpful and didn't follow it up for us. Other than the room issue we really liked the hotel and breakfast was especially good and very varied.

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, das Bett war sehr bequem und der Ausblick eine Wucht. Der Service im Hotel war super. Lediglich ein Kellner war unfreundlich, im Gegensatz zum Barkeeper, der alle Wünsche versucht hat zu erfüllen. Auch das Rezeptionsteam war zuvorkommend und freundlich.Das Essen, insbesondere der Burger und das Steak sind sehr empfehlenswert. Schade, das in der Rooftopbar kein Salat serviert wird. Da ich ein bisschen auf die Figur achten muss, kann ich nicht immer Burgher essen. Wir wären dort sonst noch häufiger hingegangen. Das Schwimmbad und der Gymbereich sind sehr gepflegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Der einzige Nachteil dieses Hotels ist der Bau-und Straßenlärm. Dafür liegt es aber sehr zentral. Man kann nicht alles haben.
