This is simple accommodation, a bit like staying over at a friend’s home, but very clean and the owner friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for the money. It was good for us as we were passing through. There was off street parking, and we walked over to a nice Italian restaurant just a few minutes away.

Great location, close to beach and town. Spotlessly clean. Nice touches including fan and fridge. Great full English breakfast. Can't comment on parking as plenty of one road parking so used that. Would stay again.

It was a spur of the moment booking, unplanned stopover in Skegness. Unbelievable value, very warm welcome from the smiley and friendly lady. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The driveway was a little tight but nice to have secure parking. The hotel was conveniently located and quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast. Nice selection of drinks, biscuits, shower gel in room. Almost Perfect.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant with plenty of wardrobe / drawer space. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm as the heating was on. I would have scored 100% but for a small leak on the shower cubicle bottom seal and the shaver/mirror light wouldn't work - nit picking really but shows this review is honest. Even so, overall far better than could be expected for the price.

Amazing B&B in the heart of Skegness. Highly recommend, nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are very welcoming! Added bonus, a great breakfast and on-site free parking.
