Enclosed garden with lawned area, sitting-out area, washing machine store, garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. Electric car charging point, at cost. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are 2 steps in the garden.. Situated in the grounds of the owners home just a stones throw from the centre of Wainfleet and all its amenities. Ideal whether you are looking to sit back and relax in this cosy barn conversion or use it as a touring base for this area of the east coast. Wainfleet is home to Batemans Brewery and its visitor centre as well as a good selection of shops and eateries. The pub serving good food is a short walk away as is the bus stop or the railway station, which would take you into the traditional seaside resort of Skegness.

For nature lovers there is plenty of wildlife to be found on the nearby marshes at Friskney or visit Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve for great walks and observation points for the wildlife and migrating birds. Beach 5 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
