Wow! This place was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough great things about it. Well-equipped with everything, & I mean, EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. The owner was extremely communicative, giving excellent directions to the property & everything we needed to know about the property once we arrived. This was our second to last night traveling the Ring Road & we also watched the midnight sun from here. It was magical. We were able to do laundry & reorganize before heading to Reykjavik AND have a wonderful dip in the hot tub after watching the midnight sun in a very private, nicely decorated part of the yard. We also took a little stroll around the walking paths in the woods, where there were even hammocks! You’d be a fool not to book this place.

Great place, poor directions

We just stayed one night but it was good. The only problem was finding the place. The address doesn't work. You have to call them to get the address of where the main office is then drive to the apartment using the inaccurate map they give you.

OMG!!!!! This is a hidden gem. If you stay in Iceland more than 5 nights, washing machine is a gold mine. The place is super clean and full function. I cannot believe once the door opened. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. I have to wait till I completed my 10 days trip so I can say this is the best hotel of my 10 days in Iceland. Not the best view but the best stay. We decide to leave the place close to check out time because we want to enjoy the accommodation as long as we can. The owner left a treat on the pillow for us. So sweet. Believe it or not they have dish washer. I'm fully charge for my next 5 days. My husband had a big smile once we completed our first washed. We left the house with our clean cloths after 5 days of hiking. Thank you so much to give use such of wonderful place to stay. Hurry up book this place if you need a place to crash, re-organize and recharge your trip.
