ACCOMMODATION
The apartment, independent with garden, consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and finally the living room with sofa bed and dining area. Outside there is a large terrace where you can eat outside and relax after a long day.
The apartment is equipped with: air conditioning, heating, safe, TV, wifi completely free, cot (on request, with extra charge), linen at the beginning of the stay and weekly change (the latter on request, no extra charge).
The accommodation for your holidays is located on the ground floor, in a residence consisting of a total of 6 apartments, there is also a common terrace with swing seat and outdoor living room. The residence has a large underground garage while a large public car park is just 10 meters from the house. The house is located in Piazza Mercato, in the center of the country Colombare di Sirmione, where there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, church and shops of various kinds, is also very close to the spa Virgilio and only 3km from the beautiful thermal spa Aquaria for which we have discounts. The historic center of Sirmione is a short distance away, reachable on foot with beautiful walks along the lake or with public services. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the supermarket and the various public transport stops. It is also within walking distance of the lake and the public beach equipped for surfing and water sports. To better visit the area and the neighboring countries you can use the bicycles that we have available for you (to be requested from the owners).
We accept pets at an extra charge of € 6 per day while the tourist tax is € 1 per person per day.

GUEST ACCESS
The apartment offers an independent and reserved stay, both for a short holiday, or for medium or long-term holidays to fully enjoy the wonders of the lake and the surrounding area.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The residence is managed by the owners and offers guests a pleasant family atmosphere.
