The room was clean. It’s definitely a 2 star hotel, nice, but 2 star. Front staff was really nice. I was hoping to sit at the pool, but mgmt said it was closed. They were having an event in the dining room. It was noisy until about 11 pm. Street noise was also evident. Overall, a sweet hotel, but just okay.

Great hotel. Loved the pool area and the breakfast area. Easy walk into the main town. Very clean room, nice staff, and on-site parking. Just what we needed after a hectic travel day.

We stayed for 2 nights, we had such a lovely time. The location is perfect, within a 10 minute walk from main centre. We stayed in a basic room, which was very clean, spacious and comfortable, no complaints at all. The roof terrace and pool area is lovely and has a lovely view, pool was quite cold. We spent some time relaxing and sunbathing. The breakfast room is lovely with a beautiful view and brilliant selection of food. Coffee very nice too !! The barman was very friendly and welcoming. Overall very impressed.

Hotels.com lied!

Hotels.com lied about this hotel. It was not elegant, it had no beach, and was a BIG disappointment. Trying to get into the underground garage was extremely difficult due to the turn and spaces were also difficult to maneuver. By the way, you must pay for parking because there is no parking outside of hotel except for employees apparently. Two days and two nights of parking was €40.In my room the desk, table and armoire were all scratched. In my friends room she almost got severely injured when she sat in the “armchair “ that the leg was broken. Thankfully, she is not a large or a heavy person and she was able to correct herself before she went backwards into the wall. Her room was being made up when we arrived, when it was finally ready, no one had turned on the air conditioning or plugged in the refrigerator. She had to move the desk herself to plug in the refrigerator. Lucky she’s in good shape and was able to do so. After all of these incidents, I went to get us 2 Apperol spritz. Benjamin, the Bartender had said they were gratis, however, they showed up on my bill check out. The following morning I got up, took a shower and found lots of ants all over floor heading up the desk and into bathroom. The front desk told me it would require an hour or two before they could change my room. We left,10 minutes later, the hotel called and required me to come and move my luggage into the new room so that they could clean my room. No compensation was offered. This hotel is a rotter

Excellent location on Sirmione! The staff were all welcoming and kind, check-in way very efficient. We enjoyed the room which was well air conditioned and equipped with robes. The breakfast was wonderful, we highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for the hotel with the old town so close. Hotel looks a bit tired from the outside but inside it’s fine and the staff are well trained and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, with a huge range of options. The room was good, clean and the bed was comfortable. However the furniture in the room looks a bit tired and the bath-shower arrangement, fittings etc need upgrading.

Good location to get to old Sirmione and the ‘main land’. Pool on roof was good and no problems getting space (we stayed middle of May). All staff very helpful and Benjamin a great barman, pool buffet also very friendly. It is close to main car park so during the day there will be noise.

Lovely place. Convenient place near the castle. Excellent breakfast and you could boil your own eggs! Good variety of breakfast spread. Slippers and bathrobes were a lovely touch. Good size towels (bath sheets). Good quality bathroom products that were complimentary. Swimming pool on the roof! Very nice and convenient addition.
