28th street house

We arrived after 8 pm on Friday night to find the beds not made up just a pile of unfolded bedding on a chair in the master bedroom. As part of the check out process we were supposed to start one load of bedding but both the washer and dryer had items in it so those had to be dealt with before we could start a load of wash. Same with the dishwasher, we were supposed to wash all dishes used and if we used the dishwasher we were supposed to unload it before leaving but we had to unload it before we could use it. Overall, it was a nice place and worked out well for our gathering but I felt that we should not be responsible for the work that should have been done before our arrival.

Great weekend in Sioux Falls!

We came to town for a basketball tournament and had a great time. The property is in an ideal location, in a nice neighborhood and not far from any activities. We had good communication with the owner and would recommend this property to others.

Fantastic space with room to spread out.

Owners have done a great job updating this home. It was one of the cleanest we have stayed in to date with more than sufficient towels for all of us! Pros - Clean, spacious, extra linens, loads of plates and bowls, children's dishware, labeled light switches, easy entry Cons- could not find an ironing board or the kcup insert

Great Floorplan and areas for relaxing. Comfortable beds, kitchen stocked with items you would need and close to the Country Club of Sioux Falls and other attractions. Great experience and quick responses from owner. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, eating, and sports complex. Home was easy to locate, slept 6 very comfortably, was clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay! Easy Stay

We appreciated the easy setup and updated features of the home for our family’s stay. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to many conveniences and easy to navigate to other areas of the city. Everything was comfortable and clean. Just do be aware that if your stay is during 90+ degree weather, the downstairs bedroom will be about 10 degrees cooler than upstairs due to the AC running more frequently. No biggie, but something to consider when packing PJs! If and when we make it back to Sioux Falls, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful and convenient location

Quiet neighborhood but easy access to things to do in town. Wonderfully stocked. Only concern was I had a crawling infant and there were more stairs than I expected. All the stair flights were on the shorter side so not too bad though. Would stay again if back in the area!

This rental is everything you could hope for in a get-away home!!! Cleanliness, location, quiet neighborhood, fenced in yard, beautiful outdoor patio and lovely yard landscaping!!! Every item in this home was carefully thought through for a vacationer and there needs!! From a fully stocked kitchen, availability of a grill, beautiful decorations and comfortable bedrooms/furniture.....this definitely fely like home!! We are so happy with our experience!

Home away from Home

This property was well appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like home. The host was gracious and getting the house prepared in short notice and accommodated our special needs. This is excellent for a family enough space for all to gather but also plenty of private space. We will probably stay here again next time we’re in Sioux Falls

Lovely property

Everything was great! My only complaint is there was no salt, pepper, sugar or other condiments. There was olive oil for cooking which was great! However, this is a minor issue and not really a big deal in the grand scheme of things. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that was comfy and cozy in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We needed all the comforts of home and this place delivered! Comfy beds, room for the family to spread out, a space for the dog along with a walkable neighborhood. It was clean, cozy and there was not one item that I needed that wasn’t available to us. Highly recommend!

Home for a wedding

This property was perfect for our family to stay in for the five days we were back for a wedding and to see our family. The place was clean and had everything you could possibly need including a great patio to sit on on the cool evenings.. Home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay. Here for the Sanford International tournament and the location was exactly what we wanted. Close so our grandson could go back and forth to the house for naps and yet his mom and dad didn’t miss out on much driving a long ways. Would love to stay here again!
