Close to lake, only redeeming feature

Breakfast. Eggs had a film on them, been in the metal trays so long. Two slice toaster between up to 100 people in one sitting. Taste of food - horrible Bedroom. It's a 4 star!?! No shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, just a dispenser in the shower with 3 in 1 that is horrible to use. Room small, and hot/ Pool - tiny. Lake, good. Nothing to do with the hotel.

Excellent Location in Siofok

Great service, clean and air-conditioned rooms with balcony, beautiful pools, great breakfast buffet included. Steps away from lake Balaton and a short walk to the Siofok-area main attractions (but far enough away so you can enjoy a peaceful nights rest). I would definitely stay here again. It is a major upgrade from many off the other hotels and inns in the neighborhood.

Beautiful hotel, awful service!

The hotel, inside, outside, is modern, very nice. However, the service is BAD! All the staff were rude. At check in time, we asked for a roll away/extra bed, since my sister came with us. They told me, those beds are only available for children. She said, its on the website. I checked, it is not. But she can give us a room for 144 euros, which basically doubles my current rate. I asked for other options, when finally the manager lady told me, that if I don't like it, I can leave, but I still have to pay for my original reservation. During our breakfast, I went to the bathroom, and while my fiancee went to grab another drink., they took all our unfinished breakfast from our table. When we asked for more food, they said, they already packed up everything, and we can't have more food. I will never go back.

I wouldn't again

2 star posing as 4. It might be alright when they finish building it! Shower & the bathroom floods, no floor drainage, try & have a bath the water pressure is so slow and the plug doesn't fit so the tub doesn't fill. The pool is very small & the hotel big so standing room only! Well overpriced for what you get! My advice, book elsewhere.

Godt til et kort ophold

Hotellet en lille smule udslidt, mangler varme på værelset når man besøger området uden for højsæsonen. Morgenmaden er rigtig god, værelset kan sagtens bruges for en enkelt nat. Området er generelt kedeligt uden for højsæsonen som er begrænset til juli og august. Tror hotellet er ok i højsæsonen.

Prisvärt hotell vid sjön med spa o vacker utsickt.

Perfekt läge vid stranden med vacker utsickt över sjön. Spa avdelning med flera bastun, hyfsat stor pool och trevlig spa pool, massage etc. Ett litet utomhuspool och barnpool.Pga ca 500 m bort från gatan där barerna och restaurangerna finns, är det tyst o lungt på hotellet. Frukost ok, middag har inte testat. Trevlig flicka på repectionen, mycket hjälpsam. Inte kanske klar 4 sjärnigt men har bott tidigare och kan göra igen. Prisvärt.

Vi åt lunchbuffén och den var väldigt dyr i förhållande till kvalitén. Betalade nästan lika mycket för den som för en gåslevermiddag kvällen innan på en fin restaurang. Övrigt var rummen jättebra och fin gemensam terass med utsikt över balaton.

Bodde på hotellet i slutet på april -15 och det var minst sagt lågsäsong. Hotellmaten är inget att rekommendera, frukosten okej. Spa var sådär, bastuna okej, bubbelbadet hade hög volym när vattnet sprutade. Vid poolen var det kallt i rummet.
