Wellnes on the budget, Balaton Lake is 15 min

Great small, family owned wellness hotel with all the goodies. Breakfast was nice, however, it's only starts at 8:00am. So if you were arriving from California and you are up at 5:00am, and very hungry, you should go to downtown Siofok to grab a bite at Lipoti Bakery, they open like 5:30am. Going back to the Hotel, service was nice, knowledgeble staff, clean and comfy rooms. Television is old style with no English broadcast (CNN or Eurosport). This hotel is not near the Balaton Lake but it's a short drive like 10 min. You should stay here if you don't want to stay by the Lake with all the noise and cars, honking, traffic and night life. This hotel is excellent for a getaway, to chill, to get around Siofok, to discover local wine and great Hungarian food. Just a hint: don't eat anything on Petofi Setany, we have experienced pretty bad food there. Eat somewhere where they only offer Hungarian food, not both Gyros and Gulash Soup. Just a suggestion. Consequently, this Hotel is a great value for your buck. We will stay here again next time. Cheers.

Forfaldent, ikke 3 stjernet.

Vores ophold var ikke særligt langt. Ca. 40 minutter. Billederne er så forældede at det var helt uacceptabelt. Selve indgangen ligner ikke engang det billede der bliver brugt på hotels.com Første øjekast.: Sternbrædder hænger ud fra bygningen. og mangler maling for alvor. Intet er som på billederne. Kantfliser indendørs er faldet af og der er pudsstøv i indgangen. Poolen var møj beskidt. Værelset var støvet og beskidt. Der er døre imellem værelserne, som ligner noget fra en svingerklub. ( og de kan ikke låses.!) Så du deler teknisk set værelse med andre gæster. Billederne lyver for fuld skrue, vi var ærligt talt rystet og stod pludselig og skulle finde et andet feriested i uge 28. ( Presset ) :) Personalet.: Sød men uerfaren receptionist. Hun gjorde hvad hun kunne for at holde på os og opsælge til et lidt dyrere værelse som vi også kiggede på, men vi kunne hurtigt konstatere at hele hotellet simpelthen er slidt op og trænger til en omgang. Det er længe siden den har været de 3 stjerner værd.!!! Vi afsluttede opholdet på aller bedste måde, ingen sure miner fra nogen parter, hvilket er rigtig positivt i sådan en situation. De mente dog stadig at de havde ret til at tage halvdelen af pengene for opholdet, hvilket er fuldstændigt uhørt, når de lyver i den grad som de gør. Der burde for alt i verden ikke sælges ophold fra deres hotel før billederne er blevet fornyet, og stjernerne fjernet. De trækker max 2 stjerner, hvis servicen ellers er god.

Die Zimmer wurden nie gereinigt. Keine neuen Handtücher. Es gab kein Restaurant. Die Sauna war zu den angegebenen Zeiten nicht verfügbar bzw. Nur zu teilen angeschaltet. Die Ausstattung war mehr als alt und abgenutzt. Angepriesene Wellness-Maßnahmen wie Massagen z.b. waren nicht verfügbar.

Az oldalon amikor a párommal foglaltuk a szállást egész szép és nagyon jó szobákat és szolgáltatásokat nyújtott a kep. Viszont kicsit csalódtunk, mivel sok minden nem olyan volt amire számítottunk. A szolgáltatások hol működtek hol nem (pl: Wi-fi, Szaunák, tetőtéri napozók) a dolgozok kedvesek voltak, viszont nem sok tapasztalattal rendelkezhettek, mert nagyon sok mindent nem tudtak. Egyszeri alkalomnak megszállni pont jó.

Ich habe sogar mehr bezahlt beim bezahlen mit Karte und das Hotel hat gemeint ich hätte Pech gehabt und Expedia hat mir auch nicht geholfen. So habe ich knapp 60€ mehr bezahlt. Geht mir dabei nicht ums Geld aber ums Prinzip! Kann man nur abraten.

Viszont nem látásra.

A fogadtatás lekezelö,kevésbé kedves,nem segítökész. A wellnes rész közepes,nem a megadott idöpontokban müködtek a szaunák,nem kaptunk fürdölepedöt,a merülö medence nem müködött. A szobában a wc folyt,sokszor büdös szenyvíz szag volt reggelente. Hiányoltuk a hütöt a szobábol,csak lent volt egy közös,amelybe egy üdítö se fért be. Nem hinném hogy legközelebb ezt a szállást választjuk.

Siofok so lala!

Vom Prinzip her ein schönes Hotel, als negativ einzustufen ist, das Personal weiß nicht über welche Plattform die Buchung zustande gekommen, trotz Ausdrucks der Buchungsbestätigung. Wer was für Preise macht wissen sie auch nicht auch da muss man weiterhelfen, dank der Hotel.com App ging das relativ schnell. Bezahlen muss man bevor man überhaupt einen Zimmerschlüssel erhält, normalerweise bezahle ich bei Abreise. Der Preis ist für das Hotel ist zu hoch, für weniger Geld war ich schon in deutlich besseren Häusern. Auch eher negativ die Öffnungszeiten des Wellnessbereich, dieser ist wunderschön angelegt aber leider nur von 10:00-20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Einen Pool im Garten der auch mal eine Anti-Algenpflege nötig hätte. Sehr schön auch der Grillbereich in der Nähe des Pools wo man selbst grillen kann. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, aber ich vermisse für diese Region eigentlich zwingend eine Klimaanlage, auch Kühlschrank war im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Das Bad war auch eher spartanisch, keine Zahnputzbecher, kein Fön, lediglich Duschgel war vorhanden. Positiv war ein sehr umfangreiches, schön angerichtetes Frühstücksbufett. Zusammenfassend es ist nicht berauschend, aber auch nicht das schlechteste Hotel, den Preis halte ich für insgesamt nicht angemessen, auch das tolle Frühstücksbufett rettet da nicht wirklich was. Aber in der Region Siofok war ich auch schon in schlechteren Häusern, das macht das ganze wieder etwas freundlicher.

Ein schönes Hotel, leider ziemlich weit von See entfernt und schwer mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (nur Taxi oder Auto). Lokale Küche zum Frühstück hat gut gefallen. Leute sehr zukommend, viele sprechen ziemlich gut deutsch. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr angenehm und verspricht eine beruhigende Atmosphäre. Im Großen und Ganzen empfehlenswert.
