The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property onto the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. A small wine cellar, in which a wine room has been set up.
