"We arrived nearly two hours after check-in time, and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait another 30 minutes, which was disappointing since we were not early. After settling in, the lights went out about an hour later, and the room phone didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk. The only solution was switching rooms, with no compensation for the delay or inconvenience.
Disappointing for a brand-new hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place with a complimentary drink bar and good breakfast options. I’d consider giving it another try."
