Coachman's House near Roermond with Garden

On the 'Klein Paarlo' estate, you will find this beautifully furnished coachman's house with an enclosed garden. It is ideal for families and bringing several pets is possible by arrangement.

The estate consists of meadows, woods, swamps, an orchard and a private garden. On summer evenings, you can light the barbecue here. The surroundings are quiet and rural and are ideal for walking, cycling (Knooppuntroute) and horse trekking (stabling in the meadow is possible). Roermond (10 km) has a beautiful, historic city centre and a spectacular shopping centre with designer items at reduced prices.

The fence of the garden consists of sheep wire (15 x 20 x 110 cm high). The lower part is double. In addition to the enclosed garden, there is an enclosed playing field for dogs. The farm offers a charging station for electric cars and a toilet riser/shower chair in the bathroom. In addition, there are special handles in the toilet. There is a parking space for 4-5 cars available here.

Außerdem gibt es überall draußen Hundekot, sowohl in der Nähe des Hauses als auch dort, wo das Auto geparkt ist. Auch wenn wir Hundeliebhaber sind, ist dies nicht akzeptabel.

Heel leuk verblijf in voormalig (gerestaureerd) koetshuis. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer geschikt voor stellen of gezinnen met hond(en). Er is een grote afgerasterde tuin, met een scherm voor als het regent en een hottub, en een speelweide voor de honden. Ondanks de nabijheid van de woning van de vriendelijke eigenaars heb je toch alle privacy. Uitstekende wandel en fietsmogelijkheden in de omgeving. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.

Wij werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door mevrouw Nijpjes, de eigenares. De eigenaars die er naast wonen zijn zeer attente en vriendelijke mensen die ons volledig privacy hebben gegund. Heel mooie accommodatie en alles perfect in orde. Wij hebben beneden geslapen in een zeer comfortabel bed. Wij hadden het geluk met heel prachtig, zonnig en warm weer. Met onze vier Galgo Espanõl teefjes en één Arabische Saluki reu hebben wij volop kunnen genieten van deze accommodatie. Hopelijk kunnen wij later nog eens terugkeren. Een dikke 10 op 10 !

Wunderschönes Landgut nahe einer Auenlandschaft im Rurtal mit direktem Anschluss an Wanderwege und dem genialen niederländischem Knopunktsystem. Ein Paradies für Hunde! Die Besitzer wohnen mit ihren anhänglichen Hunden im Haupthaus. Die Ferienwohnung über zwei Etagen ist in einem Nebengebäude und hat alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt. Direkt daneben befindet sich noch eine eingezäunte Hundewiese und ein kleiner Wald. Wir durften Birnen, Äpfel, Maronen und Walnüsse pflücken und den Hot Tub benutzen. Eine erholsame Herbstwoche!
