We had a great stay. Good price point. Unit was nicely decorated, clean & close to beach/inlet & surrounding shops. Next time we are visiting Singer Island we will definitely stay again.

The room was advertised as partial ocean view (unit 10). You could barely see a small amount of water through the trees. We were VERY disappointed. The picture in the ad with partial ocean view looked totally different. The main reason we booked Fernando Flats was for the partial ocean view. Unit 11 did have a partial ocean view. The room was clean and furnished very nice. It was in a good location. Close to beach and inlet. Free bottled water was in ad but there was none. There was dish liquid but no kitchen towels to clean or dry the dishes. We had to use paper towels. It rained one day and the pool got full of leaves. When we left the next day at 3:00 the leaves were still in the pool. We were planning to use the pool in the early afternoon but couldn’t because of the leaves. There was a lot of staff around so not sure why no one cleaned out the leaves. With all that said we did enjoy our stay and would consider staying there again if we got unit 11.

Lovely apartment, if I had a really cool friend her apartment would look like this. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, soap and conditioner, which was very convenient since I flew here and didn’t bring any. It seems like they really think about the comfort of the guests and try to provide everything to make a pleasant stay. For example, there was a full bag of ice in the freezer so my friend and I could just settle down right away and fix a couple of drinks. When I saw the reviews for this place, I was thinking, “well I don’t think it could be as good as everybody saying,” but it really is. Also very clean. Fun fact: I stayed at the very expensive Marriott half a block away in November and I like Fernando Flats much better. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is open to everyone.

Everything was great. Did not go to beach. Booked this place for a Christmas lights boat tour. Also had a nice clean pool and saw bikes. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

The place was very clean and neat as was their landscaping. It was also in a great location and reasonably priced. I sent a couple of emails with questions prior to our arrival, they were promptly answered. They had outdoor activities and plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach. Staff was very friendly. We had a very enjoyable vacation there.

Super cute spacious one bedroom flat. It was very clean and all your needs were met from kitchen to bedroom. I loved being so close to a beautiful sandy beach and took a five mile walk each day. It was much nicer than staying in a traditional hotel. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
