This hotel is a joke. The room was so small that we could not open our suitcases. The view from the window was available from the toilet. Though the hotel staff wad courteous, our three night stay was more lile a torture, not relaxation.

Room was clean and tidy. I really liked the clever use of space, and having a bed that can lay flat or take a reclined position eliminates the need for a chair in the room. Room has two sets of blinds in the shower area, blackout and shade. Fridge was a giid size, and the complimentary toothbrush and tooth paste is a nice touch. Breakfast options were plentiful, covering both Eastern and Western preferences. Hotel is in a great location for the shopping along Orchard Road, with access to the MRT a 2-min walk away and bus stop opposite the building. Staff were friendly. Overall an excellent stay, only suggestion for improvement is to improve the automated check-out desks as they were incredibly slow (5-10mins and lots of 'please wait').

Loved the purple goes green promo, you hang the door knob sign for at least three days, skipping housekeeping, and you get 16 sgd in vouchers that you can use in their restaurant on the 10th floor.

The check in is absolutely chaotic, with nobody able to check themselves in by the automatic system this then clogs. The whole thing, people everywhere our room wasn’t ready until after 3……this was the case with lots of people wait for rooms to be cleaned

The Yotel amazed us with great amenities, futuristic design, the robot was an eye opener for us. The staff were always pleasant, helpful and very courteous. Service was always with a smile. Love the wide selection of tasty breakfast choices. Great dining area for breakfast. Proximity to the MRT, shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast was almost the same every day with minor changes. Good selection just very boring. The swimming pool is 1.2m so not much good for swimming. The rooms are “pod” rooms… very compact, there is no place for luggages with 3 people in a room. The bunk bed is great idea but the headspace is not good for taller guests, neither the size of the double bed. Short. Our room or..rather the bathroom part of it..was looking at an eerie building, but no view would be use anyway, as the blinds must be constantly shut for bathroom privacy. And if not the privacy glass between the room and the bathroom area would prevent enjoying any view. The bathroom smelled, the blinds were stained and torn, air con was screeching here and there there. Also, there were not many channels to watch and one side of the double bed had no plugs or bedside table. Location was good if you are interested to see 9 shopping malls and plazas back to back.

The rooms appeared to be designed by someone who has never stayed at a hotel before. There was no space to store or open a large suitcase never mind 3 suitcases. Bunk beds are fun but not for seniors.
