Had stayed there 8 days. The room they give me initially was small, had marks in mirror, oldish looking. Requested them to change the room, next day moved to another room, city view, much spacious, clean and likeable. Since then, stay was excellent.

The facade and internal decor of the hotel and rooms is classy and has character. Very nice looking hotel! Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is fairly close to a MRT station - less than 10 minute walk.

I had a very pleasant stay at Village Hotel Albert Court. The location is excellent, just a short walk to MRT stations and right next to the Little India district. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the hotel's heritage architecture added a unique charm. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A great value for a convenient and comfortable stay in Singapore. Would happily return.

The hotel itself was fine - the room was basic, but clean and the staff were very nice. However, we found it extremely difficult to sleep as a bar in the square was doing exceptionally loud karaoke on a Monday night until 1AM. The room was not remotely sound proofed, as proven by being able to hear the bar most of the night as well as our neighbours in their rooms and in the hall.

Average Stay with Some Comfort Issues

I recently stayed at Village Hotel Albert Court by Far East Hospitality. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. However, the room itself had a few issues that impacted my comfort. All four pillows provided were very high and not conducive to a good night’s sleep. It would have been better to have a variety of pillow options. Additionally, two out of the four electrical sockets were not working, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. Overall, the stay was decent, but the room could benefit from some maintenance and improvements to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests.

Nice hotel just verify room you want.

The hotel and employees were good. Quiet even though next to main road. 1 1/2 mile walk to Merlion. Easy to get Grab. Directly across street from Little India and Tekka Mall. The only problem was i booked room for two adults and child, two beds, but they said none were available and gave room with queen bed. Not good.
