Not much to not like about the Ritz Carlton Millenia. The room and the hotel were clean and well appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and consistently professional. Will happy stay again on the next trip to Singapore!

Check in was slow. After checkin it looks like our luggage got misplaced because it took a lot of time, we actually left the hotel to our sightseeing without having changed our clothes. Some room keys did not work after a couple of uses.

Staying at a 5* resort like this is a blessing and a curse. It's a truly stunning hotel and the small touches from staff are best. The downside, staying anywhere else will feel like a downgrade.
