The location is good. Just next to the MRT. However, the room is a little old. The phone line was broken. (I think they can disconnect the phone line on their side. Because when I went to their front desk for repair, it worked, and later, it didn't work again.)

The staff at the Oasia in Sentosa were wonderful. Very courteous, efficient and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet, relaxing and impeccably clean with a lovely minimalist decor. I loved it and would definitely stay again.

Amazing place and very kind staff.

Amazing and relaxing place to stay. Worth the money and the place is accessible to transportation. The staff are kind special mention to Donald from reception. He made sure that we got all we need during our stay.

Disappointing.

Supposed to be a family celebratory stay and requested hotel to arrange decorations as surprise. Hotel agreed but however nothing was prepared when checked in. Disappointed. Room is dated; similar to previous hotel operators. Nothing impressive despite choosing a better grade of room.

Had a short staycation with husband and 13yo. We booked a junior suite and were upgraded to a bigger suite. The hotel also upgraded my kid’s children’s breakfast to a complimentary full adult’s breakfast, which was very thoughtful. Pity our stay was only for a night, would have liked for more time to enjoy the hotel.

Let us down but generally comfortable

The room was very tired with chipped plaster at the entrance and multiple scratches on the wood. The back courtyard was charming but the pictures were a little misleading as they showed a lovely sun trap when in fact there was a cover over the entire courtyard which caused the room to be a fairly dark space. The bed was very comfy and staff were happy to get us alternate pillows. It would have been nice to have a chair inside to sit on but I presume that’s what the courtyard was for. Overall I think we would stay again but hopefully there wouldn’t be a dog next door that yapped a lot. Although I am a dog lover, I hadn’t read that the hotel was pet friendly and while other dogs on the property were well behaved this one was a barker. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed numerous dips.
