I am a business traveler and this hotel lacks the basic setup for that. It is probably good for families or travellers not looking for the extra « ooomph » brand name hotels provide, but when one travels as much as I do, this type of venue just doesn’t cut it. If you’re a family, it is a good place to stay with accessible laundry (though VERY pricy) and kids play area

Very conveniently located next to the Farrer Park MRT and opposite the City Square Mall. No frills stay. The only down side was I got a room near the elevator and the water dispenser, which could be noisy at times.

The room was small and had two single beds with an elevated gap between them so one can only climb on it. A small toilet and a small bath were provided with glass separators. There was no TV or fridge in the room. No welcome coffee. Even towels were changed only once on the third day evening at our request. Room was not cleaned or bed arranged in our 4 days stay.it was like a lodge for backpacking travellers. However, the rate per day was not cheap at all. Overall a very average experience

Very comfortable and clean room, larger then expected, be a good size for two people carrying light luggage. The only reason l've knocked off a star is for the lack of hot water in the shower. When l checked in the staff member explained about the switch on the wall which heats the water, it didn't matter which way l had the switch pressed or for how long l waited after pressing it before having a shower the best l got was barely tepid water, mostly though it was just cold (l did ask again at reception about the lack of hot water and the operation of the switch). The odd thing was that there was never any lack of hot water at the sink, it never ran cold and so l was brushing my teeth with warm water.

NOT a 4* hotel - more of a student accommodation

This place isn't a hotel but more of an aparthotel or serviced accommodation - closer to a student accommodation. In no way is it anywhere close to a 4 star hotel - it's more like a 2 star MAYBE a 3 at a stretch. You get barely any amenities unless you ask for some, the construction in the area is very loud. The toilet and shower are in the same room, no ensuite. Staff barely take notice of you let alone greet you. Wifi is somewhat unreliable. Really the rating of this place needs to be changed to reflect the actual experience you have as a guest. Positives - If you just want a bed and a shower in a good location right next to a mall, Little India with lots of food and a metro station, then this is great. Also better if you are solo - would not recommend for a couple.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well taken care of. The place was very clean and comfortable—the rooms were spotless, the bed was cozy, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. One of the standout things was the friendly and accommodating staff. They were always available to help with anything I needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or just a bottle of water. It really made the stay feel personal and welcoming. The location is also a big plus. The hotel has easy access to the city centre, so getting food, running quick errands, or just going out to explore was super convenient. You could walk or grab a short ride and be where you need to be in minutes. Overall, it was just a good, solid hotel experience—nothing flashy, but everything was done right. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and run by people who care. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and relaxing place to stay

This place is very convenient, literally 2 minutes walk from a metro station, a mall, Starbucks and so many restaurants. All the tourist attractions such as Haji lane, little India and Bugis street are all 20-30 minutes away walking. Out room was not large but it has everything that we needed. They do not provide Toiletries except for shampoo and body wash and there was no hot water the last two nights, which was frustrating. The lobby looks and smells great. I liked the common kitchen on the 4th floor and the laundry room by the lobby. Great customer service - I would definitely recommend this place or stay here again next time I visit Singapore.

Decent, but expected better for the price

It was an OK experience. The check-in process was nice and simple. The location isn’t the worst, but it was in a busy part of the city without much to do from our experience, although it was easy to walk to some local spots. It was very hot and humid outside, and this carried out into the elevator and the hallways. The room was nice and cold but the experience of walking out of the room to a musty and humid hallway was not pleasant. The room was semi-clean. Some dust and dirt in the corners, nothing crazy but definitely not something you want to see in a hotel room.
