This is our third stay at this hotel. It's super convenient and in a good location. The rooms are well sound proofed and the pool is great. Very helpful 24 hr reception.

Nuve Urbane Singapore

Overall a great experience, hotel is in a good location 10 min walk away from two different metro stops/bus stops. The room was good for our needs, somewhere to sleep - however there was some mould around the A/C. Despite this everything else was great, staff are really friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned and stocked each day.

In general it was ok, most of it was nice and clean. The room wall looked that it needed maintenance and when a towel was missing for showeringI was asked to grab one from level 5..... Otherwise, it was good.

Do not pay the $100 deposit by card if staying here as they do not pay it back. Seems to be some sort of scam they operate to keep hold of peoples money. 20 days since checking out and still not returned

My room felt damp - on my last day I came in to see my walls were wet and drops of water covered the walls. The carpet was damp and so the bed felt damp and all my luggage. I rang and the Maintenance man was there very quickly, said to open the outside door but as I pointed out I couldn’t - he looked and he couldn’t. He mopped the walls and put the air con to 16 degrees which if course was too cold. I bought ear plugs to sleep at night. My cleaning lady for the first 4 nights was wonderful / the other lady on day before I left was not. Reception staff were not that welcoming - usually busy talking to each other or not at reception. Wouldn’t stay again.

Older hotel close to metro

This hotel was a bit on the dated side and clearly hadn’t been renovated in a long time. The room itself appeared clean, just not the nicest room. Room was fairly small and didn't have a lot of space for two people. Bed was adequate, but pillows weren’t very comfortable nor were the sheets. The pool area looked quite different than the pictures. It was pretty small and not maintained great as the wall seemed ‘unclean’ and chairs were scattered about. It felt a bit squished into the space. Hotel was conveniently located from metro station.

Staff was nice, they let me check-in an hour early. Hotel itself was average, single room was a bit smaller than expected and feels a little dated but they do offer you free drinks and snacks!
