Short walk to Chinatown or Maxwell stations. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Not a fan of how busy this location gets particularly at night. All the noise from the restaurants makes its way to the room even with the windows closed. In addition, the nightly collection of rubbish and bottles makes it tough to get a good nights sleep. Can easily be solved with ear plugs.

For the price, this is a good option in Singapore. It is a barebones hotel in Chinatown and very close to lots of public transit and walking distance to a lot of options. I was in a room overlooking Mosque St and if you don't need total silence to sleep, then you'll be fine. The staff was a bit all over the place, some very welcoming, others were cold. At the end of the day, this is the choice because you want something cheap, clean, smaller, and in a great location.

I requested an additional 30 minutes to check out (from 12:00 to 12:30) due to a business meeting, but my request was denied. As a returning guest who has stayed at your hotel three times, I had higher expectations for the level of service. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a loyal guest.
