Fault that can be remedied with this property was black mould in the bathroom which stand out against the white tiles. And ramp for customers being dropped off on the back street as the hotel is on the corner of two very busy streets, and the taxi had to drop us behind the hotel on a quieter street, but getting luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

Great budget hotel

Helpful staff at the front desk, reasonable quality, clean, rooms, aircon, a fridge and a convenient location - this hotel is great! You should be aware that the rooms are not the biggest however. My only slight qualm is that the 'do not disturb' signal they provide was ignored, interrupting much needed rest one day. Other than that the place is great though, with daily cleaning, and a refreshment of bottled water.

We had two adjoining rooms, both of which had black mould in the bathrooms. It has clearly been an issue in that room for a while. Broken lights when we checked in. Returned to room at 7pm with one of the kids to find maintenance man there unannounced which gave us a shock, especially given they had our phone numbers. We checked out early due to the mould and uncleanliness and told no refund. I have never experienced such an unclean room

The hotel is good for a short stay, the rooms are quite small and we had an issue with the bathroom, the water was overflowing everywhere because the shower area isn’t limited from the rest of the bathroom. Overall is a nice and clean place, and 10 min walk from the nearest train station which is very convenient, loads of restaurants and food places around open overnight.

The reception staff are very attentive all the time and the room and bathroom are very impressive they changed the towels and other toiletries at the request and they have good housekeeping. We travelled from the UK and room 509 is a very quiet window room

The rooms are not sound proof - as a result, every time the glass access doors open and guests open their room doors and they are chatting - can be heard We stayed the whole week - with very interrupted sleep the whole week On checking out, reception staff charged for an extra day - although I had already paid for the day ie paid till next day and I am checking out at 4pm a day earlier I tried to ask why I was charged the extra $80 - the staff was incapable of communicating in English. As I was rushing to get to the airport, I paid the $80 and lost the $100 deposit as well

The hotel was in a good location and a good size. The actual rooms were a bit tired and dirty but the cleaning staff were lovely and overall suited our needs. Clean towels, bottled water and tea/coffee refreshed daily.

Not a good experience. Condom rappers under bed. You have to ask each day for room service as pressing the room service button on your door just won’t do.Workers who came to clean ignored n talked rudely. Liveble if exrensively in a budget. Onky plus point…5 mins walk to square city mall and MRT station.
