The view was stunning. The listing has no mention of " The Hills", we arrived at dark and "69 Welfare Rd" applies to many businesses. The place was rather dirty, with long curly black hair all over, even dried macaroni in the rug. Rather small for 2 couples. Coffee machine was a fancy expresso, needed a full grocery to find coffee for it. The view pushed to a 4 vs 3.

The location, view and hotel were very beautiful. But getting towels was extremely difficult, the home was not equipped with things like dustpan, bowls and things. I would stay again but I recommend an easier way of contacting the front desk for necessities.
