Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Wohnung hat uns begeistert. Großzügig geschnitten, sehr hell und freundlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man im täglichen Leben so braucht. Alles sehr gepflegt. Als Sahnehäubchen gibt es eine Tiefgarage mit einem Aufzug zur Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig. Ich habe selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen.Die Lage ist zentral und der kleine Ort gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bäcker war um die Ecke und auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Monschau, Aachen oder Belgien. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

Eine tolle Woche in Simmerath

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und top ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Das einzige, was wir vermisst haben, war ein kleines Eisfach, ansonsten war wirklich alles da, was man so benötigt.Simmerath bietet vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Man kann tolle Wanderungen machen und die Fahrt nach Belgien und beispielsweise Aachen ist nicht weit.

Behindertengerecht, großzügig und sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ich habe bisher keine Küche in einer Ferienwohnung gehabt, die an so viele Details denkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber, behindertengerecht und großzügig angelegt. Modern ist mit nostalgisch gepaart und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Eine große Terrasse gehört auch zur Wohnung. Sie hat zwei Bäder. Es war alles perfekt.

Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die schöne Eifel

Die Wohnung ist groß, und ihre Ausstattung lässt kaum etwas vermissen. Es gibt einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, und der Aufzug fährt einen bis vor die Wohnungstür. Das Haus liegt zwar an einer Durchgangsstraße, nachts aber war es ruhig. Für die Versorgung gibt es vom Bäcker bis zum Baumarkt allerlei Möglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Aufgrund der Schlüsselübergabe per Safe hatten wir leider keinen persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter. Als Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die schöne Eifel ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Wir haben den 14-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Es fehlte an nichts. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist verfügbar. Mit dem Auto ist Simmerath ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, für Städtebesuche und Baden im Rursee. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
