In the locality of Silvi Marina, about 100 meters from the splendid golden sandy beach, is CASA GINEVRA, an apartment overlooking the sea and a wonderful communal garden, composed of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, from the living area you exit into a large terrace overlooking the sea, and garden view, equipped with outdoor table to dine in the evening outdoors; while the rooms overlook a balcony with sea view; all the windows have mosquito nets; the apartment appears to be fresh as it is surrounded by pine trees; it has an internal parking space. At about 100 meters there are several beaches equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, and several bars, pizzerias and delicatessens. At 50 meters we find the modern complex LE DUNE, equipped with all services, MAIL, PHARMACY, PALETRA with glass (SEA VIEW), BAR, RESTAURANTS, PLAYGROUND FOR CHILDREN.
