In the locality of Silvi Marina, about 100 meters from the splendid golden sandy beach, is CASA GINEVRA, an apartment overlooking the sea and a wonderful communal garden, composed of an entrance hall, a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, from the living area you exit into a large terrace overlooking the sea, and garden view, equipped with outdoor table to dine in the evening outdoors; while the rooms overlook a balcony with sea view; all the windows have mosquito nets; the apartment appears to be fresh as it is surrounded by pine trees; it has an internal parking space. At about 100 meters there are several beaches equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, and several bars, pizzerias and delicatessens.
