Die Lage ist gut, ruhig und auch mit dem Öv gut zu erreichen.Empfang freundlich und hilfsbereit. Samstags Rezeption erst ab 1600h offen. Das finde ich eher spät.
Die Wohnungen selbst sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was mir auf der Website nicht so aufgefallen ist, inklusive die Einrichtung und nicht sehr schalldicht. Man hört Wc- Spülungen und auch andere Geräusche von benachbarten Wohnungen. Der Preis ist noch ok.doch mehr würde ich nicht zahlen, ohne dass nicht verschiedene Kleinigkeiten, wie Wasserhähne, Wc-Spülungen, Duschvorhangstangen nicht etwas besser in Schuss gehalten werden.
