There was an alarm clock set and it went off at midnight and woke us all up. Had to call the front desk because we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. The front desk person couldn't figure it out either. It went off the second night as well. I won't stay here again.

Although it’s being renovated, the noise level at this hotel was worse than I’ve had in years. Groups of teens were allowed to run up and down the halls late at night, screaming, clapping their hands and knocking on doors. They leaned against my door and hollered and banged on neighboring doors as late as midnight. Worst experience I’ve had in years.

It was our first time staying in the area. Very clean facility, polite and helpful staff, and good breakfast. Breakfast was served until 9:30 and was kept warm and constantly refilled if needed. The pool and hot tub was clean and perfect. It wasn’t noisy and didn’t cost a lot of extra money to have our dog with us, which I was very thankful for. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
