Experience relaxation at this unique cottage, nestled in the woods on a 60+ acres family farm. Reminiscent of a maritime forest beach cottage it is flanked and adorned by windmill palms, mimosa trees, poplar trees, and long leaf pines. This secluded two level cottage sleeps 3 comfortably and 6 if friendly. 🙂 It has a 300 sq ft upper level living space, and an additional loft with 2 inflatable queen beds. Fully equipped kitchen and bath completes the upper interior living space.
The cottage exterior offers an open air living space, cabana, and adjacent bar/small kitchen area, for entertaining, Our phenomenal property also offers more exterior recreational areas. The “pit” includes a propane fireplace, s’mores station, and picnic table. The beach bar is positioned to watch a corn hole or horse shoe game! The outdoor shower and hammock under the trees offers the ultimate for relaxation.
Within sight, a quick walk and picnic basket in hand, you can experience our frog pond with the blue waters and flamingo statuary!
The cottage is fully furnished with all amenities except internet.
Whether you're exploring the grounds or relaxing in the enchanting surroundings, our place will help you feel at home. We offer a place to connect with nature but this property is also conveniently located to NC Zoo, UNC, RDU, and Greensboro for your traveling desires.

Amazing!! The home, the host, everything was wonderful :)

Durene was such a pleasure to communicate with and made us feel welcome from start to finish. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and we’re so grateful we chose this home! We had everything we needed and more. The outside area was our favorite place to hangout during our stay, but the inside was beautiful and comfortable for our group of three. We can’t wait to come back :)
