Two heated kidney shaped pools, sauna, gym, billiard room, gaming room with fusbowl , One dog <30 lb allowed, shuffleboard, card room, outdoor grills, 2 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, kayak storage, bicycle storage, RV parking, library, free WIFI, cable TV, linens provided. Full kitchen w range, refrigerator, microwave, dinette. Small load washer/dryer in unit. New flooring n area rugsParking at front door. Pool out backdoor just off lanai. Tennis n Pickleball courts off lanai also. Sauna next to pool in clubhouse. Beautifully maintained grounds, sidewalks, carports. Master bedroom w full bath and extra vanity. Second bedroom has twin beds adjacent to full bathroom. Sofa can open to sleep 6 max. Very convenient for active families and private. Take a beautiful stroll along the mangrove trees to the boat docks and do some fishing. Siesta Key Beach and Villages great for your shopping needs. Free trolley available to shopping drinking beaching. Walking distance to Turtles Bar and Restaurant on the water! Monthly rentals only Jan-Apr. No less then 3 weeks other months

Vacay in paradise

Relaxing, peaceful quiet stay with beautiful pool, and private beach. No crowds, walk to enjoyable restaurant and bar. Family came to visit and had wonderful time. Kids loved Siesta Key public beach w white sand and shallow sand bars.

Beautiful complex, very well kept up. Our unit was amazingly well-equipped! Had only one encounter with property manager, just to get parking permit. No amenity info was given.
