Welcome to Vista Hermosa, a beautiful condominium complex located on the South end of Siesta Key Florida. This community has all the amenities you could ask for, including close proximity to the south end district, public beach access points, community pool, grill areas, and more! If you are looking for a family friendly, peaceful environment for you and your guests, look no further than right here.

We are listing a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo at Vista Hermosa. This unit is an upstairs corner unit, equipped with modern kitchen appliances, modern decor, spacious, and fitting for a party up to 6 people. You will find everything that you need to make your stay comfortable in this unit, including all the kitchen essentials for those dinners indoors. There is a private balcony connected to the unit that is completely screened in, giving you space to enjoy the outdoor environment without dealing with pesky mosquitoes! The home features a King sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sized bed in the spare guest bedroom for you and your guests to sleep comfortably 4 people. The master bedroom has a connected bathroom featuring a walk in shower as well. There is an additional guest bathroom for the second bedroom to utilize, making sure each room has their own space to get ready each day. The living area features a pullout sofa as well, making room for the extra people when needed!

All of our units include complimentary beach gear for use during your visit! You will find beach chairs, beach cooler, and some assorted beach toys for you and your family to enjoy. You are assigned a covered parking space for your vehicle to keep it out of the Florida sun, as well as numerous uncovered guest spots for additional vehicles if needed. The community pool is heated, elevator access is provided to get up to your floor, and there is a washer/dryer room located on each floor of the condo complex for guests to utilize.

This home is a 14 day minimum rental from Jan 1 - April 15th, and will allow for 7 day rentals during off season. The community is pet free, and no animals will be allowed regardless of service animal status. No smoking inside the property as well. Community Requires Application to be filled out prior to your arrival.

Stayed at Vista Hermosa complex last year. We were so excited to find this unit this year. Price was fantastic for the week! Only a short walk over to the beach(5 minutes). Property is very clean, no noise ever. Love the covered parking. The unit was gorgeous. Upon entering, music was playing softly and it smelled so clean and refreshing. Everything was provided for kitchen use, beach items as well, nice Tommy Bahama chairs. I had asked what type of coffee maker so I knew how to prepare beforehand. So fyi for anyone else wondering it’s a Keurig that can do single K cups or a whole pot can be brewed. Master bedroom bed was so cozy and comfy. Bedding was great. Loved the bathroom with tiled walk in shower with adjustable shower head. Plenty of clothes hangers provided. Extra bedding for sofa bed. Balcony had seating for 6. We had issues a few times with the keypad for the door. It wouldn’t unlock many times with the code but fortunately someone was inside to open the door. Most likely a dying battery I assume. We enjoyed our week so much! Can’t wait for our next trip to paradise and hopefully able to stay here again.

Great location while not on the beach, it is centrally located on the island and easy to get to Turtle Beach or Siesta Key beach. Unit is on the 3rd floor so we were able to watch 6 different firework shows going off up and down the beach without having to get in the crowd and traffic. We grilled steaks on the grill down by the pool while the kids swam. They have a locker in the laundry room that is loaded with beach gear. Don’t buy anything until you checkout what they have. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you need to prepare a meal. They could use a dish dry rack because the one there is broken and the 2nd bedroom doesn’t get good A/C flow. The kids slept with 3 fans going. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely come again. This will be on our favorites list.

Crescent beach stay

Vista Hermosa is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Crescent beach, Captain Curt’s corner, Crescent market and short 2 mile drive to beautiful turtle beach. Trolly bus picks up right outside the complex. Also easy access to main roads to get to Sarasota, Longboat and Clearwater for spring training and anywhere off 75 and 41. Condo is nicely appointed and very comfortable. We totally enjoyed two weeks of FL relaxation! You will too :)

Issues needing attention

Upon our arrival, there were two lock boxes. There were no directions for either other than a 4 digit code. The code did not work on either box. After calling the emergency number, I was directed to the digital lock box which required some directions to open it. The front storm door when opened wide to get luggage through, made a very loud bang noise which scared us each time we entered and exited. The tub/shower in the small bathroom has a very dangerous issue due to the tub bottom being extremely slippery when wet. I slipped and almost fell the first time I used it. I was very careful after that. I suggest some anti skid strips or an anti skid mat be placed in the tub to prevent an injury. A lamp on both sides of the second bedroom would be helpful. The unit was very clean and well furnished. We loved the place and would stay here again in the future. I gave a five star review except for the check in issue with the door lock. Thank you.

Everything is walkable

We love siesta key. Vista Hermosa is a great little neighborhood a few blocks from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
