This was the perfect spot for a quick getaway. It had everything we needed as well as easy access to everything. 10 min or less walk to beach.

Great location!! Deck was under construction on our visit. Found the beach gear the last day - dang the luck. We bought a sand chair and added to the gear for next visitors.

Siesta Keys is a must visit 10 out of 10. Our accommodations were outstanding perfect location walking distance to everything a 10 out of 10.

The host was very nice. Very cool and lovely. The place is beautiful. Florida being cool had trouble with the heat at night. Had to turn on the water for the washer. The condo is located just a few blocks from the beach we loved.

Location could not be better, whether being close to bars, dining, beach, and grocery or quiet seclusion at the pool, this place has it all.

Overall great stay!

Great location and nice property! Appreciated flexibility with check in and ease of gaining access. Could have been a little more clean (sand on floor mostly) but would stay again at this or the neighboring properties by this company.

Great location and property

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and in a great location that was around the corner from everything Siesta Key Village has to offer. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions. The shared pool was a great way to beat the afternoon heat.

Perfect Getaway

Very clean and sweet apartment in the heart of the village. Quick walk to everything you need including the beach! Loved the heated pool and washer dryer in unit.

Great Vacation Spot!

My family of 6 (4 adult children) stayed in this lovely unit in Siesta Key. We LOVED the location...just one block away from food and fun. The beach was a short walk away. We used the pool and the condo had everything we needed for our stay! I would 100% book here again!

Amazing property and location

This is our second year staying here and we loved it even more! The walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store cannot be beat! The pool and outside area is clean, easy to access and warm. The unit is so clean and the perfect layout for a beach vacation! We couldn’t love a place more!

Great location!!!!

Super cute and a great size unit. We were 2 people (mother and daughter) although a bigger group could fit nicely. Prime location in the center of it all… easy walk to the village restaurants and stores, and only 5 minutes to the beach. We appreciated the beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). The unit itself could use some modernizing and repairs but overall a great place to stay!!

We enjoyed the location, but the house needs some attention. Between the dirty pool, broken beach chairs, cracked and loose kitchen floor tiles, and broken screened in porch door, we were a bit disappointed. The common area furniture was nice/comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The washer and dryer worked well. Overall, our time at the property was enjoyable.

Wonderful

We had an incredible visit at 311 Canal Rd. Our apartment was clean and well laid out. We have everything we needed within the apartment and outside our door. Our stay was perfect because of our lodging.
