We really enjoyed our stay at Coastal Breeze Siesta. The unit was well equipped and maintained. The management company communicated very well before and during our stay.
The views are stunning. The pier was great for fishing or just hanging out.

Clean and Peaceful!
The home is beautifully decorated; clean and peaceful! Our stay was lovely and perfect way to celebrate a birthday. Thank so much!
Our unit was perfect for the 3 of us. Enjoyed all our meals on the balcony looking over the bay. Saw manatees and dolphins. Didn't rent a car and was able to hop on the free trolley to pretty much anywhere on the key. Wonderful stay and will be back!
We enjoyed this cute condo in a nice location. It’s away from much of the Siesta traffic. Great water view, saw a manatee in the water lounging around. Perfect for two people with nice beach amenities. Bed was comfy but a bit squeaky. We’d come back to stay!
We had a great 5 night stay at this perfectly located condo in south Siesta. We appreciated being a short walk from Turtle beach, and that beach chairs and towels are provided. The condo itself has a well supplied kitchen, a fantastic porch with a great view, a very comfortable bad, and plenty of towels.
Check in was easy. The management company checked in without being intrusive to make sure everything was going smoothly. We didn’t have any issues, but it seems like if we needed to contact them it wouldn’t have been hard at all.

Pelican unit - 9119 Midnight Pass rd
This is our 3rd year staying in this rental ( 3-4 weeks each time) and we just booked 4 weeks in 2025.
A quick walk to beautiful Turtle beach or drive there in 30 seconds and park adjacent to beach and walk 50 steps on the newly re- sanded beach . ( hurricane damage repair) . There are 3 places nearby to walk to dinner or take the free trolley into Siesta Village .
The owner and rental agency have improved their total operation and things are clean and fresh. The view of the bay from the patio is beautiful and watching sunrises and the many boats passing is very time consuming. Dolphins and local birds will entertain you . You can cook in your efficiency or use the patio grill. The laundry rooms allows you to travel light - shorts and tee shirts are all you need here.
I can not say enough good things about all of the units in this quad unit and the service provided .
There are many things to do - sightseeing around here has many options - from arts to nature! Many things for seniors and children to do .
