It features a screen lanai that is directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk right out of the Lanai down to the beach. The living room and kitchen offer a breathtaking view of the beach and the amazing sunsets. The bedrooms are located down the hall. The first bedroom has a King bed with a hall bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Double Beds and is located at the back of the unit making this room separated from the main living area, offering a quiet room for the kids during nap times or the adults needing a couple of extra minutes to sleep in without being disturbed by the people in the living room. We are located on Siesta Key Florida. This is a beach front property with a private beach. . Most units have a screened in lanai and some have a glassed-in lanai. All units have a view of the water except for our villas. We provide linens and beach towels. Our Beach is ready for you to enjoy the sunshine. We provide you with beach loungers at no charge. If you would like a beach umbrella our beach service would be happy to set one up for you at the going rate. Make sure to pack your swimsuit, Sunglasses, and sunscreen to enjoy your vacation.
