Sierras de Segura y Alcaraz Vacation Packages

The hotel is in an attractive location and has good facilities -pool and golf course. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is good and secure. However, 1. The restaurant food was pretty appalling and overpriced. A well done steak was delivered rare and a salad consisted of one chopped tomato. 2. For an isolated location there was no bar food and no from service 3. The room telephones do not work. 4. The bar staff did not know what a Pina collada was or an orange juice and lemonade even when explained in both Spanish and English.

The property itself is very central to a lot of amenities and points of interest. It really is a great location for sightseeing and good eats. The breakfast buffet was well worth the €15 and came with everything from fresh fruit to scrambled eggs and sausage. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would highly recommend.
