You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Peaceful and Spacious home

Welcome to Mi Casa! Here you’ll be able to enjoy the privacy of my entire home to yourselves. (The only Exceptions are the Master bedroom and the garage which will stay locked.)

Your Bedroom has a Queen size bed & frame with storage drawers underneath. There will be extra pillows and linens for your use.

Your Living room has a large comfy wrap around sectional couch, plenty enough for yourself & significant other, or children. I challenge you to try not to pass out. :) haha There is a 75” smart television mounted on the wall. It can hook up to most all apps for you to watch your favorite shows on with a sound bar. There is also a PS4 upon request. (Very Limited Games)

The Dining room has a 6 person table with views to the t.v. in the living room with access to the back patio.

The Patio is covered and well lit up to hangout, relax, and watch the sunset. You can also watch for the many varieties of birds Arizona has to offer and stargaze In our beautiful clear skies. One of my favorite areas of the house! On the patio there is a smoker, gas grill, charcoal grill, and a flat top griddle you’re also more than welcome to use. There is also a dart board with darts and some corn hole boards. Side of the house has a gated RV parking area. The back yard is wide open and is enclosed with a 6’ privacy wall.

Your Kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge & freezer. Fully loaded with pots and pans, utensils, and cutlery for your cooking needs. Coffee bar with cream and sugar. There is a Big pantry for dry storage. Cleaning supplies under the sink. There are condiments, flour, sugar, spices, oils, that can be provided.

The Laundry room has a well working washer, dryer and detergent.

Your Bathroom has a full bathtub and shower, towels and plenty of extra towels under the sink. There will be hand soap and various complimentary toiletries. Blow drier in the drawer.

There are some exterior cameras for your safety and my own since I’m away so often. There is a Ring Doorbell, Camera over the front driveway and a floodlight camera over the back yard. (Mainly for wildlife purposes) we have some beautiful birds that come to our beautiful Arizona.

Some things to know about the area…

Canyon Vista Hospital is about 5 minutes away for any emergencies or if you’re traveling for work.

You’ll be close to some nice restaurants:
Applebees, Texas Road House, Tandem, Hibachi Grill, Vinnies Pizza are all within walking distance. (A mile or so)

Other Stores: Safeway, Fry’s, Food City
Walmart & Target

Planet Fitness, Summit Fitness, Buena Health

There are 2 golf courses in our area Pueblo Del Sol Country Club &
Mountain View Golf Course.

Historical Tombstone & Bisbee are within a 30 minute drive or so.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Beautiful house

When searching in the area to stay, I came across this house. The description and pictures were very imformitive and accurate. The amminites available were more than su ffeciant and speaking with the host was friendly and informative. I would like to highly recommend this house to stay for a comfortable, quiet time.

Great for birders.

Very quiet and private although there were lots of houses in the area. The birds loved the palm trees and we had fun watching their antics. Would definitely come back. Close to so many wonderful birding places.

Great spot for El Tour De Zona

I rented this house for me and a couple of friends to stay in while down in Sierra Vista for El Tour De Zona. Two of us flew in, while another friend drove. Imagine my surprise when she showed up with her small dog (totally unplanned.) Jeffrey was great about it though. He saw we arrived with a dog and sent an email letting us know it was ok, but that there was a pet fee which my friend gladly paid. The house was clean and spacious with new appliances, a giant TV, a cozy couch, and an additional TV in the bedroom. Jeffery was available via text anytime we had a question, and checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going well. If back in the area, I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful House with everything

Great place to stay. Good owner communication. House has everything you need; plenty of towels and blankets, laundry and dish soap, cookware. It really is like theyre making their house available to you as they lived in it, not just a structure like some places. Comfy couch, great TVs, beautiful patio.

Great house in Sierra Vista

We stayed in this house for a month while preparing to move into our new home. This house was exactly as described: spacious, comfortable, clean, and in a great neighborhood. The house is close to pretty much everything. As a bonus, it has a gated RV parking spot, which we utilized for our 16-foot cargo trailer - with room to spare. The host is a great communicator. He checked in with us several times during our stay, just to make sure everything was OK. He really wanted us to have a good experience, and it showed. I would definitely stay here again, with no reservations. Thanks for a great stay!

House Was Everything Promised and More

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. The house was very well stocked and clean. I cooked most meals in and I had plenty of utensils to cook with. The kitchen has all new appliances and the washer and dryer are very nice. This house was perfect for my needs. This is one of the nicest homes and most acuminating that I have stayed in. Jeff was very good at communicating with me. He reached out to make sure that I had everything I needed and check in was easy. Thank you Jeff for everything!!

Exceeded my expectations...

Jeff was very helpful with advice on restaurants and things to see/do. The house has an AHMAZING couch, is stocked well, has a comfortable queen bed and a GREAT backyard that my dog LOVED!!! The back porch is SO PEACEFUL and there's plenty of shade. I spent every morning sitting on the porch listening and watching the birds. I didn't have any issues with anything in or outside of the house, the neighborhood is SO QUIET. Jeff worked with me when I unexpectedly needed to add an additional day to my stay. You will not go wrong by staying at this house. If/when I visit Sierra Vista again, I will MOST DEFINITELY book this house.

wonderful get- away.

This place was great., Super Clean, quiet neighborhood, and shopping close by. Fantastic mountain views. kitchen was LG gourmet, outside covered patio with multiple BBQ options. Supper clean great bed . A comfortable living room with Large TV and streaming . Large open floor plan and dinning table inside and out.. Great Star watching , We are very pleased. It was well worth it.
