This comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of the family house which is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden. Separate entrance to the apartment is provided.
You will love it’s location: a beautiful city beach is only 100 meters walk from the apartment and in the same time the center of the old town is only 15 min walk through picturesque promenade by the sea. It is also possible to reach the center of the old town using a shortcut.

This spacious apt. of 70 sq.m. 3+2 beds, consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. All the rooms are well furnished.
Right in front of the apartment there's a shadowed terrace which ensures privacy as it’s hidden from the eyes of neighbours and passers-by. Right at the entrance to the apartment there is another, smaller terrace which is also at your disposal. Both terraces are for your solo ( personal) use and here you will enjoy the warm summer evenings. There’s a possibility of using the outdoor grill.

The house is situated close enough to the town center so that you are just a few minutes' walk from the beach or cafes and dancing in the center of the old town, yet far enough not to be drowned by the loud music playing all night long during the peak season.


Another advantage of this apartment is that its location makes easy to get around with no need to use your car and pay a parking space.
In addition, there is no other apartments within a house so that you would share a yard of the house with the owners only.


SOMETHING ABOUT SIBENIK:

SIBENIK, the old Croatian gem town astonishes with its bountiful history and many beautiful churches, squares and narrow marble stone streets. Main sites include the Cathedral of St. James, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list, and four impressive fortresses.

An imposing fortress of St. Michael is only 10 min walk from the apartment. You may also wish to visit another impressive fortress "Barone" which is nearby and where you can enjoy a refreshing drink on the terrace of the bar with enchanting view of the sea.

We highly recommend to visit beautiful open-air market in the center of Sibenik where you can get fresh ingredients to prepare meals in our well-equipped kitchen.

There is an indoor olympic swimming pool near the apartment and the city beach, for those who prefer swimming in a pool!
There is also a bike rental point next to the pool where you can hire a bike which will quickly take you to the city center or on picturesque bicycle path along the promenade next to the canal Channel of St. Anthony.

BY CAR: highway A1 from Zagreb to Sibenik (340 km) or A6 from Rijeka ( 346 km). Follow directions to Split, exit Sibenik.

BY PLANE: two airports nearby Sibenik. Split Airport: 60 km by highway from Sibenik; Zadar Airport: 85 km from Sibenik
