The space
Our apartment is one of three in the block, which are also available to let if you are a bigger group.

The open-plan concept of the apartment, gives the living area a real light, airy, spacious feel with SMART TV, sofa, breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen.

The living area looks out over Mardol, which is one of Shrewsbury's oldest Streets.

Off the hall leads to a contemporary bathroom featuring walk-in rain shower and a double bedroom room, located at the back of the building, offering a comfortable double bed, storage and hanging space for your belongings.

We have three apartments located in this building. So if you are a bigger group, we are more than happy to accommodate you. Just drop us a message.

Please note that the apartment is on the second floor with a few stairs at the entrance to the building.
Guest access
We have a shared entrance with our neighbour and other guests but our apartment is let as an entire space. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
Although the apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and there are steps up and down to it from the street.

We have 3 apartments in this block and are more than happy to accommodate larger groups, please get in touch.

Travel cot and high chair available to hire on request.

Our TV is a SMART TV and you are welcome to log into your own account but please remember to log out before you leave.

We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. If you do outside, please remember to bin your cigerette ends reponsably in the bin and not on the floor.

We do have a secure, gated parking space in the town centre which is a 6-minute walk from the apartments. If you would like to make use of the space please let us know as soon as possible, as it is subject to availability. There is a £10 per night and is available from 2 pm on your check-in day until 10.30 am on your check-out day.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
