Welcome to Blue Magnolia Estate, a beautifully renovated retreat in the heart of Shreveport’s historic Highland neighborhood. Whether you’re visiting for work, a family getaway, a sports tournament, or an extended stay, our thoughtfully designed property offers comfort, style, and plenty of space to relax.

The estate features a spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath main house and a private guest house (ADU), giving guests the flexibility to book the main home, the guest house, or the entire property.

The estate features a spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath main house with all essentials provided. There are 2 queen beds and a bunk bed that features a full sized bed at the bottom and a twin bed at the top.

Guests will access the property using the smart lock with a 4 digit code set to the last 4 digits of the phone number on file.
