We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and the fully gated yard was wonderful for our 2 pups. The house is comfortable and having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was a plus. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. Temps were at least 20 degrees cooler than in the Valley, which was terrific. Many trees provided lots of shade. I would certainly stay there again.

Little family

The home/ location were both wonderful! The gated front yard was the best! Now just to be picky, the inside of the house could use some more lighting, spices for food and a grill! But overall experience was fantastic.

Great for dogs!

Positives were great fully fenced yard for the dogs, comfortable beds, close to lake and town. Super sweet , helpful communication with host. Great they provided bottled water and Keurig coffee. Negatives were neighbors with couch on front porch, piles of junk in yards, very little privacy with 2-story next door whose windows look right into backyard and master bedroom--had to keep curtains closed the entire time. (I realize hosts cannot control their neighbors, but noting it since it affected our entire stay). House could be better stocked-no soap for showers or extra towels, very few dishes so we had to run dishwasher twice and kitchen only had 1 dishwasher pod.

Dog friendly property

My first impression as I walked through the door I told my wife I could move here! Everything was clean and everything worked as it should. We were comfortable even though all of Arizona is having a record heat wave. The master bedroom and ajoining bath are huge! The fenced in front and back yard were perfect for the dog, We had no worries that the dog would get out, even though we always stayed outside with him. We will definately plan on staying here again in the future. Don

Cabin near the lake

The overall stay at the cabin was good. Being that it is pet friendly we did find pet fur left on furniture (couch and chairs) and the drain in the bathroom needs some attention. Would also suggest to management to provide propane grill in backyard. Would have liked to have that option during our stay.

A relaxing retreat.

The key to a worthwhile VRBO retreat begins with the Host who we found to be attentive to our needs, accommodating, gracious, and cordial. It was obvious she truly cared about us as guests. We had an easy check-in and check-out. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including a clean frig with filtered water and an icemaker. The neighborhood was above average and serene. It wasn't difficult at all to set aside our city stress and relax in the small-town feel of Show Low. One great feature of this place is the amazing walk-in whirlpool bath. Another is the pet-friendly nature of the stay further enhanced by a nearby dog park. Lastly, it comes with WiFi, Roku, picture books, and games, but with the many things to do and see in Show Low, we never had a chance to enjoy the latter.

Good location, average neighborhood, close to lake and Safeway. Barking dogs on 2 sides. Place is very dark inside, knotty pine paneling. Minimal low wattage bulbs in ceiling lights only. One stand alone light in living room. Called management and were told to open the shades and curtains! Bath mats in front bathroom had to be washed because they were dirty. The blue tub didn't drain while showering. Both front and back yard completely over grown with leg high weeds, hiding old dog droppings. Outside furniture dusty. Pine cones and duff litter both decks and lawns. BBQ had to be lit with matches, (none in the house, so a trip to Safeway was needed), since the starter button and battery compartment were long ago corroded and in disrepair. We brought our own propane. Refrigerator shelves were dirty and one had dried meat blood juice at the bottom. Disgusting! We stayed four days, needed to buy more paper towels and toilet paper as well as bath soap for the front shower. The master shower is a handicapped walking sit-down shower/tub. We didn't use it. Don't recommend this place.

Quaint, homey feel in nice neighborhood.

My husband and two children stayed here just for the weekend and it was just perfect for us. Master bedroom is quite large with a huge bed that my husband loved. Master bath has a handicapped shower which was less than ideal but got the job done nonetheless. Second bedroom is definitely more for children younger than teen age as the beds are not for tall folk ;) games and small toys provided but could use an upgrade as there are many missing pieces. My son still enjoyed them. The thing we loved most about this property is that our dog had the absolute best stay ever! Fully fenced green yard, doggy door and plenty or sun and shade. He enjoyed bird watching all day long! He learned how to use the doggy door quickly and never looked back. The host Hannah was quick to reply with any questions and offered early check in which was so great as we got to town early. I would definitely recommend this for a small family with small children. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful spacious home with fenced in front and back yards

Hubby and I enjoyed our stay here and our doggies loved the yard. The Master bedroom was huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer were awesome.

The house is comfortable and cozy. The bed is amazing. Best sleep I have had in months. Close to amenities. The fenced yard is a plus is you bring you dogs. I would reccomend to friends
