It's very closed to Shizuoka St. only taking 7 minutes on foot. Little bit old but very clean and well managed. The staff are super kind and nice. Easy to find a fine restaurant and shopping place nearby. Will stay at this hotel if I visit Shizuoka again.

The room had stains on the wall and it was disgusting. The washroom seemed renovated and the front desk area seemed very nice but the room itself was gross. I was contemplating checking out and finding another room. I took melatonin and prayed mice didn't enter the room. Seemed like a sketchy motel when I entered the room. Do not stay here. Their pictures look nothing like the actual room.

Amazing cleanliness and maybe the best location to both train stations. The hallways had a musty odor but the room had an AC and air purifier. Bathtub was large, bed very comfortable. Several outlets for charging. Hundreds of restaurants within 1-5 minutes walking. Malls and shopping everywhere including a huge grocery store under the main bus station. Elegant old style hotel with very good service apart from the strange room cleaning and servicing practices. Breakfast was very enjoyable and the room was good with excellent bedding and space. The pillows were very good. The lady at reception, Ms Oโ€™hara, was very attentive and helpful and she provided excellent recommendations about a number of things. She spoke extremely good English and this was an advantage. The location is very handy for the trains and buses as well as restaurants, shopping and night life. They donโ€™t have any cable channels and the rooms do not have a safe.
