Welcome to this Treehouse in Sherman. This Treehouse is climate controlled to keep guests comfortable during their stay. With a cozy bedroom and a outhouse style bathroom equipped with a refreshing shower, guests will relax and enjoy a stress removing stay among the trees and country surroundings with all that Sherman has to offer when you stay at our place.Almost 20 acres, perimetered by live seasonal creek, with towering hardwoods creating a lush canopy for North Texas wildlife.
The property is a homestead that raises Kiko goats. The goats will be thrilled that you took the 50 yard walk to the barn to hand feed them!
You can walk the tree filled trails along the creek while enjoying all the sights for sore eyes!
Come lay on the mid- field trampoline at days end
and watch the Star filled sky dazzle you ,while Twinkle twinkle little star fills your head in song. Relax while soaking in the hot tub on a crisp cool evening .Or take a soothing cool swim in the pool on a warm summer day. Or just lazy the day away in the hammock below the Treehouse. Play Chef and create the best tasting S mores by the fire pit.

The tree house was not maintained the "bathroom/shower" was a compost toilet and garden hose in a a open shack about 50 yards away from the tree house through a grown up path. The bed wasnt clean had a sheet covering it and a old blanket on it. The staircase rails was lose . I paid 90 to stay here. If i had known it was going to be like that i would have never rented it. Where it is is cool but i would have bought my own tent bedding and solar shower. We left about 2 hrs after we got there and got a hotel for the night.
